Pablo, professional mobile mechanic
Meet your mechanic

Hi, I’m Pablo.

Ten years under the hood as a professional mechanic, and I got tired of watching good people pay too much for repairs done too fast. So I took the tools on the road — to your driveway, your office lot, or the side of the highway.

Shop-grade tools and know-how without the shop wait, and no upsell pressure. Just an honest diagnosis, a fair quote before work starts, and a warranty that means something. The buck stops with me.

$50 for every person you refer

$50 a head

Tell them to give your name when they book. Once their job is finished and it comes to $500 or more, the $50 is yours — cash, check, or straight off your next invoice.

  • No limit — five people is $250
  • Paid within 14 days of their job settling

Terms: the person you send has to be new to me, their completed job must total $500 or more before tax, and your name needs to be on their booking — that is how I match it up. Jobs that get cancelled or refunded do not count.

What this valley does to cars

Phoenix does not wear cars out. It cooks them.

Most repair advice is written for places with four seasons. Here there are two — hot, and hot enough to warp things — and the failures come in a predictable order. If you have lived here a few summers you have met at least three of these.

Batteries die in summer, not winter

Heat boils the electrolyte and kills a battery from the inside. Three years is a good run in Phoenix where the same battery would last five somewhere mild. It fails at 115°F in a parking lot, not on a cold morning. Battery →

A/C is not a luxury system here

Seals dry out, refrigerant escapes, and the compressor works harder than it was designed to for six months a year. A weak vent in April is a dead system in July — and July is when everyone calls at once. A/C & heating →

Coolant systems live at the edge

Radiators, hoses and water pumps run near their limit every summer afternoon. A small leak you could ignore in a cooler state becomes an overheat on the 101 with the temperature needle climbing.

Rubber and plastic go brittle

UV and heat cycling harden belts, bushings, vacuum lines and wiring insulation years early. Odd electrical faults and chase-it-forever vacuum leaks are often just perished rubber, not a failed part.

Brakes and tires wear on the grades

Stop-start freeway traffic in extreme heat is hard on pads and rotors, and hot asphalt is hard on tires. Both wear faster than the mileage sticker suggests. Brakes →

Oil breaks down quicker

Sustained high temperatures thin oil and shorten its useful life. The interval on the door sticker was set somewhere cooler than this. Oil & maintenance →

Ten years of fixing exactly these, in driveways across the Valley. If your car is doing something on this list, you are not imagining it and you are not unlucky — you live here.

Six things you can find out right now, without calling anyone.

Three of them run on National Highway Traffic Safety Administration data — the federal safety regulator, not my sales pitch. The other three decode what is already printed on the car itself. None of them ask for an email address.

Free VIN recall check

Type in your VIN and see every open safety recall on file for your vehicle. A recall is a factory defect the manufacturer is legally required to fix, and most drivers never find out they have one sitting open.

What goes wrong with your car

Enter a year, make and model and see what its owners actually report breaking, ranked by how often. Worth running before you buy anything used — a 2012 Prius carries 341 brake complaints.

Decode your VIN

Paste the 17 characters and get the factory spec sheet — engine code, drivetrain, GVWR, brake and TPMS fitment, assembly plant — with one-click jumps into the recalls and known problems for that exact car.

Explain your door sticker

The tire placard, line by line: what 245/65R17 107H actually means, why the MAX on the sidewall is not your pressure, GVWR vs axle ratings, and the build date. Click any field on the replica.

Explain my sticker →

Find your paint code

Where your make hides the paint code and what the format looks like — then text a photo of the sticker and the formula gets matched for touch-up or panel work.

Stuck somewhere right now?

Stop reading and call. Tell me where the car is and what it is doing, and I will tell you honestly whether it is something I can fix where it sits or something that needs a tow.

Frequently asked questions

Do you really come to my house?

Yes — fully mobile across a 60-mile radius of Phoenix: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear and nearby. Home, workplace, or roadside.

Do you offer same-day or emergency service?

Available 24/7. Same-day is often possible — call early. After regular hours an emergency rush fee applies, and we tell you the total before heading out.

How does pricing work?

Starting prices are published above. Parts for your specific vehicle are added as line items, and you approve the final quote before any work begins.

Can I pay over time?

Flexible financing is available on qualifying repairs, subject to an eligibility check by our financing partner. Ask when you book.

What if the job is too big to do on-site?

Most repairs happen where the car sits. If something genuinely needs a lift or specialty equipment, we say so straight and help you plan the next step.

“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”— the rule we work by
